There are only two spots remaining in the upcoming Sebastopol Police Department's Citizens' Police Academy.
The Citizens' Academy, which takes place on Thursday nights from 6:30pm to 8:45pm beginning September 7th and ending November 2nd, allows participants to learn more about the Justice System, including tours of the Sonoma County Family Justice Center, the Main Adult Detention Facility, and the Santa Rosa Junior College Public Safety Training Center.
Attendees will meet and interact with Sonoma County's Sheriff, District Attorney, and Public Defender as well as representatives of the Sebastopol Police Department and other agencies.
