For 3rd & East Avenue
• Beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 6:30am, 3rd Street will be closed at the East Ave. intersection. There will be no access to East Ave from Third Street. There will be two way traffic maintained between Middle Ave and the closure on Third St. at East Ave for the access to the government building and the local businesses.
For 3rd and Court Street
• Beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 6:30am, Court Street will be close north of the Third St. intersection. There will be no access to Third Street from Court Street.
There will be No Access through these intersections. Both intersections will reopen on Saturday, September 9, 2017. This closure is a continuation of the 3rd Street Construction Project.
