* COUNTIES AFFECTED: In Southwest WY...Sweetwater...Uinta. In West Central WY...Lincoln...Sublette.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 9 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: In the lower to mid 80s in the mountains...mid 80s to lower 90s across the lower elevations.
