Residents on or near Stroud Valley Rd are experiencing power issues. Lights are going half dim followed by several blinks and a few seconds of outage. This has been reported and Duke Energy has upgraded it to priority call. If your lights go dim and remain that way the fire department is advising to turn off your main breaker supplying your homes power. It is possibly a neutral line problem allowing power to travel through residential ground. If you smell electrical or have any other immediate concerns call 911 to report.
