Theft of Property Arrest
(Etowah County, Alabama) A Hokes Bluff man has been arrested in connection to theft of property, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Kenneth James Stidham, 43, of Hokes Bluff, is charged with one count of first degree theft of property, which is a felony,” investigator Will Farley said.
Stidham stole a Lincoln welder, John Deere lawn mower, utility trailer and attachments for an antique tractor from a residence on Bradley Avenue, Gadsden. Many of the items were sold as scrap metal and were unable to be recovered.
Stidham was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond.
