Heartland Fire & Rescue units are on scene of a vehicle into a structure, in the 7200 Block of Broadway in Lemon Grove. A car has driven into the front of a single story strip mall and has caused significant damage to the structure. Building Dept officials are enroute and will work with fire personnel to evaluate and secure the building. Avoid the area for 2 hours.
