Our office is the backup for emergency communications IF the 911 center loses connectivity. We are the backup for countywide emergency communications. In that event, we will let everyone know as soon as possible. If you dial 911 and it does not work, call our operations center at 912-685-2568. Please write this number down and keep it. We will keep everyone updated if the 911 center’s communications become non-operational.
