08/20/17 WTPD arrested Aramis Alvarado-Lopes, age 33, and Gabriel Pacheco Castro, age 28, both of Trenton, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/20/17 at approximately 6:09 PM, patrol observed the men taking corn from the corn field in the 300 block of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in both men being issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance at the scene and released with mandatory court dates.

08/29/17 WTPD arrested Norman Michalinko, age 63, of Rosemont, NJ for a local ordinance of dumping on township property and a local ordinance of abandonment of a vehicle on township property. On 08/29/17 at approximately 4:43 PM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Rte. 31 in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Michalinko was charged with a local ordinance summons for dumping on township property and abandoning of a vehicle on township property. Mr. Michalinko was also issued motor vehicle summonses for an unregistered motor vehicle, fictitious license plates, abandoned a vehicle on public property and uninsured motor vehicle. He was processed at the scene and released with mandatory court date.

08/30/17 WTPD arrested Christopher Adams, age 22, of Hackettstown, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Adams was processed and released with a new court date.

09/03/17 WTPD arrested Ronald Fleming, age 47, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Fleming was processed and lodged in the WCJ.

09/03/17 WTPD arrested Susan Hawes, age 50, of Oxford, NJ for an outstanding $400.00 warrant out of Alpha, NJ. On 09/03/17 at approximately 6:27 PM, patrol responded to the Shop-Rite, 2 Club House Dr. in Washington Township, for a suspicious vehicle with a woman playing loud music. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Hawes was found to have outstanding warrant. She was taken into custody without incident, processed and released after posting bail.

09/03/17 WTPD arrested Zoran Bistre, age 55, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and outstanding warrants totaling $1154.00 out of S. Plainfield. On 09/03/17 at approximately 11:26 PM, patrol responded to the 20 block of Alvin Sloan Ave in Washington Borough for a fireworks complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Bistre was found to have active warrants and taken into custody without incident. He processed and charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court dates.

09/04/17 WTPD arrested Zachary Shulack, 18, of Washington, NJ and a juvenile male, of Stewartsville, NJ. On 09/04/16 at approximately 1:02 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Mt. View Rd. in Washington Township for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Upon further investigation the driver, Mr. Shulack was arrested and charged with possession of over 50 grams of (CDS) marijuana, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and charged with possession of over 50 grams of (CDS) marijuana, possession with intent to distribute (CDS) marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also issued motor vehicle summonses for driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, Mr. Shulack was released with a mandatory court date. The juvenile male, was found to be in possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released to a parent pending further action in the juvenile justice system.

09/06/17 WTPD arrested Richard Neblin, age 56, of Washington, NJ for obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 09/06/17 at approximately 9:18 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 100 block of Belvidere Ave in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Neblin was charged with the obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date

09/07/17 WTPD arrested Vincent Pagnett, age 64, of Washington, NJ for harassment. On 09/07/17 at approximately 8:30 AM, patrol arrested Mr. Pagnett at a residence in the 1st block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Mr. Pagnett was charged with one count of harassment for harassing a female juvenile as she walked on W. Washington Ave on July 27th and August 31st of this year. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.
