Screven County at this time has No SHELTERS open. Screven County Schools WILL NOT be opening as shelters! Please continue to monitor this page and other reputable county authorities for information. There is a lot of misinformation going around and it is confusing to some.
The latest weather briefing shows another shift west, but we are not out of the woods! This storm and its impacts still remain uncertain at this time. Please prepare for your families needs and if you feel safer leaving then please do so. There are NO evacuation orders for our county mandatory or voluntary.
