Although the causeways have been reopened, we urge that you remain in place for now. CAPE CANAVERAL HAS NO WATER, NO POWER and UNSAFE CONDITIONS ARE REPORTED THROUGHOUT.
For those who remained in the City, it is imperative that you minimize what you send down the drain to include flushing toilets.
We understand that many are eager to return to their homes, but it is not advised. Please exercise extreme caution if you choose to return at this time and be aware that conditions may be unsafe.
