East Avenue at Gates Ave will be closed as excavation crosses the road beginning noon today until Monday, 9/18 at 5:00 pm. Two-way traffic will enter and exit from Middle Avenue on Gates Ave. More current information will be provided when available.
East Avenue between 4th and 16th Street continues to be closed to through traffic and remains accessible to residents within the road closure area.
