No through traffic will be permitted on Main Street in Robbinsville from 6 a.m. tomorrow - Thursday, September 21, 2017 - until 6 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 due to construction.

All businesses along Main Street will be accessible during the road closure as concrete work (raised mid-bock crosswalk, curbs, sidewalks and possibly aprons (as needed) will be built or rebuilt.

Note: Only Ernie's Tavern, Santander Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank Plaza (A.J. Smile Center & Meeting Alliance) will be accessible heading Eastbound on Main Street. All other businesses, including Papa's Tomato Pies, must be accessed via the Westbound side (enter at Taco Bell/Delta Gas Station).

Temporary delays may occur if miscellaneous concrete work is occurring immediately in front of a business. The road closure will occur at the mid-block crosswalk at the old railroad crossing.

The Robbinsville Police Department will be posted at each end of Main Street on Sept. 21 and Friday Sept. 22. Detour signage will be installed on the north and southbound sides of Route 130, as well as on Route 33 near Berkshire Bank and at the corner near Dunkin Donuts to advise motorists. Barricades and message boards indicating detours also have been posted.

All motorists are strongly advised to use the bypass.
