Merit Testing 
The Saline County Merit Board must keep a valid list of applicants and will be testing for Correctional Officers, Telecommunication Officers and Deputies. Application packets may be picked up at any time at the Saline County Sheriff's Office. 1 North Main St, Harrisburg, IL.
Applications must be returned by Noon on October 9th. Telecommunicator's test will be at 7pm on Thursday, October 19th at Southeastern Illinois College. Deputy and Corrections testing will be on Saturday October 21st at Southeastern Illinois College.
