Analy High School Operation 1:4:1 to host Screenagers on Wednesday, October 4th at 6pm in the AHS Theatre
In an effort to understand the world of digital media and the desire to engage parents, students, and community in an open dialogue regarding the effects of this method of communication, Analy High School, in coordination with Operation 1:4:1 and Project Success, will host a screening of the documentary, “Screenagers” on Wednesday, October 4th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Analy High School Theatre.
This free event begins with the screening of the documentary, “Screenagers”, directed by Delaney Ruston, M.D. and focuses on the societal impact of the age of digital media. Immediately following the screening, we will host an open discussion featuring panelists including: Analy High School administration, teachers, counselors, local law enforcement, parents and students.
This event is open to the public and we encourage all to participate. Digital media has become an integral part of our society and understanding the effects while striving to maintain a balance of this important tool is something encountered on a daily basis.
We wish to express our gratitude to the Analy High School Education Foundation who provided funding for this important community event.
