Full Notification

The Santa Barbara Police Department is requesting the pubic’s assistance in a search for a missing person suffering from dementia.  Missing is John Thynne, a white male, age 85, 5-05, 130 lbs., with gray hair.  He is wearing a tan blazer, yellow shirt, tan pants, and gray shoes.  He speaks with a British accent.  Mr. Thynne was last seen at his residence on the 1000 block of Laguna Street at 4:00 p.m. on September 26, 2017.  Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
