Beginning Thursday, September 28th, 2017 the East Side Sewer Relief Project on East Avenue will be relocating equipment and materials back to the area between 4th and 8th Streets. The contractor will be installing new water services & tie-ins to the residences.
The contractor will provide pass through traffic for emergency and bus vehicles. Expect delays through this project.
Detour route is Middle Avenue using 16th Street and Broad Street.
