Two Woodway Officers Receive Outside Agency Honors 
Two Woodway Public Safety Officers have recently received outside honors from other agencies. Woodway PSD is proud to share their accomplishments and congratulates both for their honors and for their hard work towards our community.
Sergeant Khalil El-Halabi recently received the International Association of Chiefs of Police 40 under 40 award for 2017. The annual IACP 40 Under 40 Award recognizes 40 law enforcement professionals under the age of 40 from around the world who demonstrate leadership and exemplify commitment to their profession. Sergeant Nolan Schaffer was also recognized today by the IRS. He received the IRS Excellence Award for his investigative work while assigned to the IRS task force last year. We are very proud to have officers such as Sgt. Schaffer and Sgt. El-Halabi on our team to better serve you.
