On October 2, 2017, just after 8:00 a.m., a group of students walked by a parked car near El Roble Elementary School, located at 930 Third Street.
As they walked by, one of the students looked inside the car and saw a male exposing his genitalia. The students kept walking and no further interaction took place. The incident was not reported until a later time.
The man was described as heavy set, medium-complected, and approximately 30-40 years old. The vehicle was described as an older model dark colored sedan.
