Full Notification

A resident in the Country Lake Subdivision off Highway 279 observed a male attempting to open a door on his vehicle while playing back his security footage. The incident took place at around 3:50am today, September 4, 2017. The vehicle door was locked and the male left without gaining entry.

Locked doors often deter this type of criminal. They look for unlocked doors and items such as loose change or cash inside. Many times vehicle owners drive their cars the next day without noticing anything missing. Please do not leave any valuables in your vehicle while parked even for short periods of time.
