Every week the San Diego Regional Fugitive Task Force works with the Sheriff's Department and Crime Stoppers to find and arrest people wanted for committing crimes.
Be on the lookout for Lucas Stephen Desmond. He is wanted on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, ammunition and drugs. His criminal history includes car theft, grand theft, possessing stolen property and drugs.
Desmond is known to frequent Vista and Oceanside.
If you see Desmond, do not approach him. Call 9-1-1 if an emergency exists.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Desmond is urged to call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477.
