The Intersection of 4th St and East Ave. will be closed starting Wednesday Oct. 11, 2017 for approximately 2 days in order to make side street water connections.
The westbound turn Lane to the north from E. River will stay open plan to do water shutdown and tie in on the west side of 4th St after 2:30 pm after St. Mary’s School lets out Thursday am plan to tie in to East at 4th. Detour will be posted.
