SOLICITING COMPLAINT 
A resident of Patricia Drive in Cornwall Borough just reported solicitors from Sperian Energy were at his residence. They asked to see his electric bill and offered him a cheaper electric rate.
NO PERMITS have been issued to these solicitors for Cornwall Borough, West Cornwall Township or Mount Gretna Borough.
