Today, Thursday, October 12, 2017, the intersection of East Avenue & 4th Street has been reopened. The water main installation in the intersection was completed ahead of schedule.
East Avenue between 4th Street and 16th Street remains closed. The contractor is currently on East Avenue between 6th & 8th Streets and is proceeding south to the area of Wolf Street next week.
Detour route is Middle Avenue using 16th Street and Broad Street.
