The Rutherfordton Police Department would like to thank everyone that assisted in the location of Jonathan Waters. Mr. Waters came to the Rutherford County Sheriff Department to speak with an officer. Mr. Waters was arrested and the warrants was served on him.
The Rutherfordton Police Department is still trying to locate the 1980 Ford F100 White Truck and the 2016 Honda Rancher ATV.
The Rutherfordton Police Department Is requesting help from the public in attempting to locate Jonathan Darrell Waters. This subject was involved in a Felony Larceny of an ATV and Larceny of Motor Vehicle that occurred on 09/24/2017 in Rutherfordton.
Jonathan Darrell Waters has numerous charges secured on him, which includes Felony Larceny, Larceny of Motor Vehicle, Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and Possession of Stolen Goods.
Jonathan Darrell Waters is also entered in NCIC.
