Please be advised the following road closures for community events will take place on Saturday October 14, 2017 and Sunday, October 15, 2017.
Saturday, October 14, 2017:

• The Bay Shore Homecoming Parade will take place from 11AM to 12 PM.  Howells Road will be closed between 5^th Avenue and 3^rd  Avenue.   3^rd Avenue will be closed between Howells Road and Perkal Street.  Perkal Street will be closed between 3^rd Avenue and 2^nd Avenue.

• The Islip Fire Department Fall Festival Street Fair will take place from 10 AM to 6 PM.  Main Street will be closed between South Bay Avenue and Smith Avenue.
• The West Islip District Wide Color Run will take place from 10 AM to 11 AM.  Runners will run only on Larkspur and Barberry Road.  The rest of the run will be on the West Islip High School Property.
• The Islip Leukemia and Lymphoma 5 K Run will take place from 11 AM to 3 PM. South Bay Avenue will be closed from Main Street down to Islip Town Beach.  Intermittent closings of Main Street in front of the Town Hall will also take place during the race.
