Chula Vista, please be aware of the following planned construction activities for the South Bay Rapid project. Travelers are encouraged to allow extra time to reach their destination or consider using alternate routes. Construction Activities for the week of October 16:

Olympic Parkway to State Route 125 (SR 125)
- Periodic noise and dust along Impressionist Drive for construction of the guideway bridge.
Overnight closures along northbound and southbound SR 125 between Olympic Parkway and Birch Road between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. for construction of the guideway bridge.
o October 16: full closure of northbound and southbound SR 125.
o October 17: full closure of northbound SR 125; lane closures on southbound SR 125.
o October 18: intermittent full closures on northbound and southbound SR 125.
o October 19: lane closures on northbound and southbound SR 125.
- Periodic lane closures along East Palomar Street between Olympic Parkway and Magdalena Avenue for utility improvements.
Heritage Road to Olympic Parkway:
- Periodic noise, dust, lane closures, and reduced on-street parking in both directions along East Palomar Street between Santa Andrea Avenue and Heritage Road for landscaping improvements.

Town Center Drive to Birch Road
- Periodic noise, dust, lane and sidewalk closures near the Otay Ranch Town Center at the North Driveway and Eastlake Parkway as crews perform landscaping and electrical improvements.

Millenia
- Periodic noise and dust near the Millenia development for construction of the dedicated transit guide way and Millenia Rapid Station.
