Board of Water Supply crews have determined that the break on the 8-inch water main is on Kahuailani St., in the dead end, and re-opened Paiwa St. for regular traffic.
A water wagon will be positioned near 1129 Kahuailani St. to provide an alternate water source for the 16 customers that will be without water service during repair. Repair is anticipated to last all day.
An update will be issued when water service is restored.
