Beginning Monday, October 23 Madison Lot fencing will begin going up and limiting access to the lot. Access points will be available for entry and exit on Monday, October 23 through Tuesday, October 24. The lot will officially close for public parking at 11:00 pm on Tuesday, October 24 with construction beginning Wednesday morning. Madison Street will remain open until construction begins on the widening project with the date to be determined.
