On Saturday, October 21, 2017 at approximately 9:00am, a Hope Mills Police Officer was patrolling the Walmart parking lot when he observed a burgundy in color Cadillac with several subjects in the vehicle that were acting suspiciously. The Officer also checked the plates on the vehicle and found that the plates attached to the vehicle were assigned to a Ford Explorer rather than a Cadillac. Upon the arrival of another Officer, contact with the occupants of the vehicle was made in an attempt to ascertain if the vehicle was stolen. During the course of the interaction between the occupants and the Officers, drug paraphernalia was observed in the vehicle and the occupants, later identified as Robert Len Harr, 29 of the 5100 block of Genoe Drive, Fayetteville, Ashley Marie Fisher, 26, of the 5100 block of Embassy Court, Fayetteville, and Randy Lee Holmes Jr. 25, of the 1000 block of Hicks Avenue, Fayetteville, were detained by the Officers and a further investigation of the vehicle was conducted. During the course of their search of the vehicle, Officers found several empty soda bottles with attached hoses and white powdery substance in them. The Officers recognized this as a potential ‘mobile meth-lab’ and at that time, the SBI was contacted to assist in processing the vehicle. Upon the arrival of the SBI, it was confirmed that the items in the car were indeed components of a ‘mobile meth-lab’ and the subjects were arrested by the Officers and transported to the Cumberland County Detention Center where they were jailed for the following charges:
