UPDATE - Missing Person, Jose Garcia, Has Been Located. 

The Santa Barbara Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in a search for a missing person suffering from dementia and diabetes.  Missing is Jose Garcia, a Hispanic male, age 78, 5-05, 190 lbs., with white hair and brown eyes.  He is wearing a blue jacket, black shirt, and a dark colored baseball cap.  Mr. Garcia was last seen in front of his residence on the 500 block of W. Sola Street at 6:00 p.m. on October 22, 2017.  Anyone with information as to his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
