Recently there were several failed attempted vehicle thefts. Please continue to remove your keys and key FOBs 
Criminals are coming into the township in the early morning hours specifically targeting unlocked vehicles with the Keys or Key FOB’s left inside. Surveillance video has revealed that when cars are locked perpetrators try the door then simply move on.
Also with the cooler weather approaching the Cedar Grove Police would like to warn residents about leaving their cars running unattended, without auto start.
