Details: Deputy Hall and Marshal Lewis took a report of theft of money from an
individual on October 14th at the Cayuga Dollar General.
After reviewing surveillance and conducting interviews, the case was forwarded to the Vermillion County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
On the 26th of October, 2017, a warrant for the arrest of Kevin W. Randolph (51) of Kingman was issued for theft. Randolph was arrested without incident at his residence on the 27th of October at 2:25 PM and transported to the Vermillion County Jail, where he is being held on $7,000.00 bond.
