Case: Theft from Pilot Station SR63 & i74

On October 26, 2017 at approximately 9:15 A.M. Vermillion County Dispatch received a call about a shoplifter at the Pilot Travel Plaza near S.R. 63 and I-74.
Management at the Pilot had confronted her and she told them all the stolen items were in a truck out back. She went out to retrieve the items and the driver of the truck got confrontational with the manager and fled the scene. The vehicle is a blue Ford F150 with Missouri license plate number 8DZ606. The driver is a black male, with his head shaved and a goatee. He is approximately 6 feet tall and 185 lbs.
The female began walking north on S.R. 63 and was apprehended just north of the Vermillion/ Warren County line. The female was identified as Kerri L. Millman (age 40) from Kewanee, IL. Millman was detained and taken back to the Pilot.
After reviewing video footage of the thefts Millman was arrested for theft (A-Misd)and transported to the Vermillion County Jail. Millman is being held on $7,000 bond (with ten percent allowed).
