Starting noon today there will be a flood watch and high winds with rain.... Please secure any outside debris... Especially those TRASH CANS because they are YOUR responsibility... This is definitely true for the Beach Area and Paradise Cove where flooding is a norm, but today it will be higher than normal.. The weather warnings will be effect until Monday afternoon.
