Emergency water main repair 900 block of Kilburn Ave 
ROCKFORD – Beginning Tuesday October 31, the Water Division will be making an emergency water main repair in the 900 block of Kilburn Ave. Kilburn Ave will be closed at Whitman St to all traffic heading northbound.
Proper traffic controls and detours will be in place, and citizens are encouraged to use an alternate route. The driving public is to use extreme caution when near work zone.
Work is expected to last up to one to three business (1-3) days.
