SUMMARY:
On October 23, 2017, Caleb Arnett was arrested for stealing property from a business in the Lake Arrowhead Village. Arnett had been soliciting businesses in The Lake Arrowhead Village under the ruse, “Step One Window Care.” Deputies believed additional property belonging to the victim was at Arnett’s home. Deputy Cavender authored and obtained a search warrant to look for and recover the victim’s property.
On Tuesday, November 1, 2017, at about 8:06 a.m. Deputy Cavender, of the Twin Peaks Station’s Multi Enforcement Team (MET) along with other Twin Peaks Station deputies served a search warrant at Arnett’s residence located in the 200 Block of Snow Flower Lane, in the community of Lake Arrowhead. During the service of the search warrant, deputies contacted Arnett and his girlfriend Codi Richardson inside the residence.
While searching the home, deputies located items consistent with habitual drug use, sales, and other drug paraphernalia. After completing his investigation, Deputy Cavender determined Arnett and Richardson were in violation of Health and Safety Code 11366, Maintaining a Drug House.

Due to Arnett being out of custody on his own recognizance for the previous theft case, an additional charge of PC 12022.1(b) - new felony offense while out on bail was an added violation. Arnett was booked into the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino and is his bail is set at $100,000.00. Richardson was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
