Water line repair 
City crews are working on locating and repairing a significant water leak at the intersection of North Ellis Street and West Jacinto Street this morning.The affected line is a 10-inch line that runs from the ground storage units to the water tower. A citywide disruption in water service is possible but it is unknown at this moment if that will be a necessity. Every effort is being made to avoid a disruption but a final determination cannot be made until the actual leak or break is located.
Westbound traffic in the 200 block of West Jacinto Street is being diverted to North Dr. J.B. Riggs Drive.
Eastbound traffic in the 300 block of West Jacinto Street is being diverted to North Waco Street.
No traffic is permitted to turn into either the 200 block or 300 block of West Jacinto from Ellis Street.
Southbound traffic is diverted to the center lane in the 400 and 500 blocks of North Ellis Street.
Please use caution and slow down while travelling through this area.
