The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department needs your help identifying this bearded, blue-coated, person in this photo. Visit the WRPD Facebook page to view the video of him exiting the store. (sometimes videos are better than photos).

A Wisconsinite from the Fox Valley area fell victim to an unauthorized purchase on his credit card. The victim's credit card was used to create a gift card and was traced back to our Wal-Mart in Wisconsin Rapids. The victim's credit card my have been skimmed at an earlier date.

During the investigation, we discovered there are potentially three victims since three different credit card names were used to create the other gift cards by this same person. Believe us, he isn't all three people.

We would like to identify the person in this video so we can interview him about this crime. If you know who he is, please don't post his name, just let us know.
