Normal traffic flow patterns near the Citadel Outlets will change from Thursday p.m. through Sunday 11 p.m. due to the expected high volume of shoppers. Changes include no parking and one-way streets. Those traveling through the area are advised to take alternate routes. See attached Traffic Plan Map for more info.
