This hazardous weather outlook is for east central...north
central and northeast Kansas.
.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and tonight.
Very high fire danger persists through late afternoon across the
outlook area. As a strong cold front approaches from the
northwest, southwest winds around 15 mph sustained increase
briefly between 20 and 30 mph sustained from the northwest.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
Elevated fire danger is likely Monday afternoon.
