Railroad crossing improvements will close lanes on WIS 13 and WIS 173 in Wood County on Thursday 
Crews from Mega Rentals plan to close lanes on WIS 13 between County Highway DD and Oak Road, south of Rudolph, beginning Thursday, November 30 at 8 a.m. and on WIS 173 between County Highway D and Cranberry Lane, near Cranmoor, beginning Thursday, November 30 at 12 p.m.
During the scheduled maintenance, traffic will be restricted to one lane. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and take a different route or allow extra time for travel.
The lane closures are necessary for crews to replace pavement markings at the WIS 13 and WIS 173 railroad crossings.
Work is scheduled for completion by Thursday, November 30, at 5 p.m. The schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions and construction status.
