City of Cherokee Water Dept advised that there was a large water leak that was impacting a good portion of Cherokee.
At this time they advise that approximately 70% of those customers should have service restored to their residences. Residents in the area of Main St and Maple St on 2nd may still be without water for a short time longer as they are working on getting water restored to all residents of Cherokee.
