Reports of a male removing packages from homeowners properties within the village. 
The Malverne Police Department would like to warn our residents of a person(s) driving around the village removing packages from homeowners front stoops.
The subject carries a package with him to the front door that is filled with old clothes, shoes or other trash and leaves that package there while removing the homeowners delivery.
This subject has hit numerous times in Rockville Centre, Malverne, Valley Stream and Elmont. The subject is described as a male black, possibly in his 30’s with short dark hair and a thin build. The subject is seen operating a white Chevy Van with a circular window on the rear passenger side with yellow colored NY registration plates.
Residents are asked to immediately notify the Malverne Police Department to report ANY suspicious activity to 516-599-3141.
