11/18/17 WTPD arrested Mark Horton, age 43, of Easton, PA for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Department and outstanding warrants out of Branchburg and Greenwich Township’s totaling $1033.00. On 11/18/17 at approximately 6:03 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 100 block of Van Buren St. in Washington Borough for a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Mr. Horton was an NCIC wanted person out of the Northampton County Pennsylvania Sheriff’s Department and he had outstanding warrants. Mr. Horton was processed and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was lodged in the WC Jail.
11/20/17 WTPD arrested Jamie Jones, age 28, of Camden, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Department. On 11/20/17 at approximately 1:07 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation revealed that Mr. Jones was an NCIC wanted person out of the Camden County Sheriff’s Department and he was taken into custody without incident. Mr. Jones was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to keep right and driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was lodged in the WC Jail.
11/21/17 WTPD arrested Rian Royer, age 27, of Brooklyn, NY for possession of CDS marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 11/21/17 at approximately 9:18 PM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough for delaying traffic. Upon the officer’s investigation the driver, Mr. Royer, was found to be in possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed, charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Royer was also issued a motor vehicle summonses for delaying traffic, driving with a suspended license and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. He was released with a mandatory court date.
11/22/17 WTPD arrested Nichole Spearman, age 48, of Washington, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $350.00 out of Springfield Township and Perth Amboy. On 11/22/17 at approximately 8:51 AM, patrol responded to E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough to check a suspicious person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it was revealed that Ms. Spearman had outstanding warrants. Ms. Spearman was placed under arrest without incident, processed and released with new court dates.
11/22/17 WTPD arrested Alonzo Widenor Jr., age 24, of Oxford, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.
11/23/17 WTPD arrested Katherine Konecnik, age 34, of Oxford, NJ for simple assault. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
11/23/17 WTPD arrested Emilie Phillips, age 20, of Washington, NJ, Michael Ike, age 25, of Phillipsburg, NJ, James Cornish, age 22, of Asbury NJ and Stephen Phillips, age 58, of Washington, NJ. On 11/23/17 at approximately 4:05 PM, patrol responded to a report of shots fired in the area of S. Wandling Ave and Marble St. in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation Ms. Phillips was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, eluding police, a local ordinance of discharge of a weapon within Washington Borough and a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Flemington Borough. Ms. Phillips was processed and turned over to Flemington Borough PD. Mr. Ike was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Mr. Cornish was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, eluding police and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both men were released with mandatory court dates. Mr. Phillips, who was at his residence was later arrested and charged with possession / manufacturing with intent to distribute CDS (marijuana), possession of CDS (cocaine), possession of less than 50 grams of (CDS) marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail. WTPD officers were assisted by NJSP, Warren County Tactical Response Team, Mansfield Township PD and the Washington ACO.
