The Surf City Police Department will maintain a High Visibility Patrol with the intent of reducing alcohol related crashes, which claimed the lives of 10,497 nationally last year alone.
Please, if your planning on drinking, bring a designated driver. If you weren't planning on drinking but do, get a ride home.
