WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY 4 PM WED-4 PM THURS. Expect lake effect snow, slippery roads, decreased visibility, & wind.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM WEDNESDAY TO 4 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Plan on slippery road
conditions, including during the evening commute on Wednesday
and morning commute on Thursday. In addition, areas of poor
visibility are expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches, with locally heavier amounts possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Northern Lower Michigan.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 4 PM EST Thursday, with the
heaviest snow falling Wednesday night and early Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will
cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
