Charter Communications is reporting an outage in Butte,Bozeman, Anaconda, and Dillon and Great Falls. If you have a Charter phone service you will nit be able to call 9-1-1. All other 9-1-1 Services from Cellular and outer carriers are operational. Charter does not have an estimater time of repair
