The Borough of Roseland Council Meeting will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at 7:30 pm at Harrison Avenue-------------Agenda


Department of Public Works

The Department of Public Works would like to remind residents that the curbside leaf collection program will end on Friday, December 8, 2017 meaning residents can no longer place leaves in the curb. A final pass will begin on Monday, December 11, 2017 starting at the east end of town and working west. Any additional leaves must be placed in brown paper bags that will be collected on December 13, 20 and 27. Residents may purchase bags at the Public Works Office located at 300 Eagle Rock Avenue for .30/bag

Mayor John Duthie and the Governing Body invite Roseland residents to join the Municipal Youth Guidance Council on Sunday, December 10th at the First Aid Squad Activity Room between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm to have breakfast with Santa. Pancakes, sausages, juice, coffee and tea will be served. Adults eating (12 years and older) $10.00, Children under 12 years $5.00. Mayor John Duthie and the Governing Body invite all residents to join in the Menorah Lighting Celebration on Tuesday December 12. Festivities begin at 6:15 with Blessing, Remarks and Holiday Songs with Rabbi Kasowitz, Menorah lighting at 6:30 pm, reception with refreshments to follow. Special thanks to the Roseland Recreation Department for making this celebration a wonderful event.

Transcontinental Gas Pipeline LLC Proposed Gateway Expansion Project (CP18-18)
Transco filed an application for the proposed Project with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on November 15, 2017. This federal proceeding is referenced as FERC Docket CP18-18.

There are two ways to become involved in the Commission's review of this project (CP18-18). Please see attached Notice of Application for more information on how to be involved.

The governing body strongly encourages all interested residents to view the filing on FERC’S Web site at http://www.ferc.gov. using the "eLibrary" link and enter the docket number CP18-18
