Winter Weather Advisory issued December 8 at 2:12PM EST expiring December 10 at 12:00AM EST by NWS Northern Indiana
Areas Affected: Elkhart; Kosciusko; Fulton; Cass
* WHAT...Snow is expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. In
addition, some reductions to visibility are expected. Total snow
accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Elkhart, Fulton IN and Kosciusko Counties.
In Michigan, Cass MI County.
* WHEN...Snow develops later tonight and continues through
Saturday evening. There could be a lull in the snow during the
late morning and afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 30 mph will cause
patchy blowing snow and low visibilities Saturday afternoon and
evening.
A Winter Weather Advisory for lake effect snow means lake effect
snow is forecast that will make travel difficult in some areas.
