Bruins Lane at Clark Road Intersection Lane Shift 
Eastbound traffic on Bruins Lane at the Clark Road intersection will experience a lane shift for three days beginning Wednesday, Dec. 13, for construction operations in this area. Speeding fines will be doubled in the area and motorists are advised to obey posted signs within the construction zone. The closure will not affect RoadRUNNER Transit.
